The Friends of the Milford Senior Center, Inc was formed in 1990 and has made many contributions to the Senior Center that could not be provided by state or local government. The Friends raised the funds to purchase all of the furniture in the new Senior Center.
The Council on Aging is an advisory board for the Senior Center. Anthony A. Grillo is the Chairman of the Council on Aging Brian W. Murray, Esq. is Chairman of the Friends of the Milford Senior Center, Inc.
Tri-Valley Nutrition Program 508 478-8102 Paula Smith is the Meal Site Manager
The Milford Senior Center is the host site for the Tri-Valley Nutrition Program which delivers Meals on Wheels to homebound elders and provides a luncheon meal at the Senior Center each weekday for a requested donation of $2. Meals must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.
Senior Center Hours are:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.The Council on Aging meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 10 a.m in the COA Board Room of the Senior Center.

Volunteering
The Milford Senior Center has many volunteer opportunities from working in the Gift Shop to helping out in the office. Please call the Senior Center 508 473-8334 or stop by the office for a volunteer application. The Tri-Valley Nutrition Program which delivers Meals on Wheels from the Senior Center also has volunteer opportunities. Please call Paula Smith at (508)-478-8102 for more information.
